Language arts will incompuss reading, writing, and spelling
Language Arts
I will be giving 3 different spelling lists. Your student will be given the spelling list that best fits his/her spelling needs. Spelling homework must be done weekly and turned in on Friday.
Spelling
Writing will be done in the classroom. Students will have 1 big writing project due at the end of each quarter.
Writing
In class student will be exploring the elements of good reading. At home students must read at least 20 minute each day. Their reading log is due every Friday.
