Behavior expectations
Students are expected to follow the classroom rules which are as follows
- KYHFAOTY
- Keep your hands, feet, and other objects to yourself
- Participate in whole group and small group activities
- Use only positive words when speaking
- Keep your desk and area clean
- Do not bring toys from home

What happens if you choose not to follow the rules
Green
Level One, you have had a good day
Yellow
Level Two, warning
Orange
Level Three, in room think time
Pink
Level Four, out of room think time
Red
Level Five, call parents or go to the office

§Bathroom rules
- Go before school, during recess, before lunch
- Class time is for learning, you may go only if it is an emergency!
- Go straight in and take care of your business
- If I have to send someone to look for you, you will drop a clip
- Always wash your hands
- Do not stop to visit with a friend

Drinking fountain rules
- You may get a dirnk during lunch and recess
- You may bring a water bottle from home, However it must stay on the floor when Chromebooks are out

If toys are brought to school and you are caught playing with them, they will be put in the May box
There is only two ways to get your toys back
One – Get it back in May
​
Two – a parent must come to collect it
​
If you bring balls they should be left by the coat hooks and you name should be written on it
No electronic games/phones
